Filling out the product conversion spreadsheet

The suppliers you are working with are already in the system, and you want to add some products to their catalogues?

You can do it manually, and fill out a catalogue for each supplier one by one,

or you can fill out the Google spreadsheet and send it to us, and we will convert all the catalogues into your environment at once.

Follow this instruction to complete the form:

1. Find the file to fill out at your Trello board ( card called Data Migration) , or ask us to send it to your email:

The file consists of Five Sheets - accordingly with the supplier types. In order to successfully add products at once you need to fill out the file with some mandatory information.

Please mind the general instructions:

1. Use English letters/symbols only

2. Do not leave empty lines

3. Do not use commas, but spaces instead

4. Do not replace-remove columns

5. Do not amend the column titles

2. Go ahead and fill out all the mandatory fields for each category. They are pretty similar in each sheet, however the choice of categories and types is different for each supplier type:

For Food products mandatory fields are: Supplier Name, Supplier ID in MYT (please see below) , Product name, Category (meal/other), Pricing Type (Per Service/Per Person), Unit price, Currency code

All the fields are synchronized with catalogues and must cohere with relevant categories, so please choose the options in a spreadsheet for each field and avoid renaming them:

For Staff products mandatory fields are the same: Supplier Name, Supplier ID in MYT , Product name, Category(day/half day/hour/other), Pricing type, Unit price, Currency code

For Transport products mandatory fields are: Supplier Name, Supplier ID in MYT, Product name, Category (day/km/ride), Transport (car/minibus/midibus/bus/flight/boat/train), Seats, Pricing Type, Unit Price, Currency code

For Attraction products mandatory fields are: Supplier Name, Supplier ID in MYT , Product name, Category (entrance/other), Pricing type, Unit price, Currency code

For Lodging products mandatory fields are: Supplier name, Supplier ID in MYT, Product name, Category(room/meal/other), pricing Type, Unit Price, Currency code, Room type (SNGL/DBL/TWN/TRPL/QUAD/DORM), Room boarding (B/BB/HB/FB/AI).

3. When the file is completed, send it over to us so that we can process the conversion.
