1. Introduction
Station are touristic places wish not to require any reservation or payment. Some samples: Champs Elysee avenue, The Western Wall or Times Square.
Stations are also collaborative on the MYT platform.
2. Create a Station
Your MYT Platform is delivered with a lot of existing stations. However, you may need to add a new station. How to proceed?
Click on the Manage Your Trip Logo on the top left corner on your screen.
On the grey left-sided menu, click on the 'Station' icon.
Click on the '+' button
Fill Country & Station Type (select "Public", "Stop" are for pick-up / drop-off places only).
On the search, location field Enter the Station name like you were looking for it on google. Options will soon appear. Pick up the right one.
Station Name (EN) shall be filled automatically. Pay attention that this field do not accept special characters and shall be filled in English.
Local Name: Give this place the name you'd like to use further on in the language of your choice.
Sub Type: Choose the most relevant subcategory.
Area: Choose the right area.
The city and address are not mandatory since you choose an exact location previously. That said you can precise them.
Status information: Precise if this place is open 24/7 or has special days & hours. If you're selected the "by reservation" option you will be prompted to add this information.
3. Report a problem
In case you're experiencing an issue trying to create a station, do not hesitate to contact us using the "Report a Problem" link. Our team is directly receiving those messages and we are updating wrong information quickly.
